Our Mission Statement

Lambs of Our Savior Christian Preschool shall provide each child the opportunity to learn about the love we have all received from God. We wish to provide each child a beneficial preschool experience while working together with families to provide a Christian atmosphere both at preschool and at home.

Explanation

Lambs of Our Savior is an integral part of the ministry of Our Savior Lutheran Church. This preschool was developed as a service to the community and as an outreach of God's love.

Student Goals at Lambs of Our Savior:

• To enhance their relationship with God, to see His great love and what He does for them.
• To enjoy their first major experience away from their family setting, to help them adjust to new situations in the future.
• To build self-confidence, security, and an acceptance of reality.
• To develop through challenging, stimulating, and educationally sound programs.
• To experience success as they explore their physical, mental, and social abilities.
• To grow in independence, respect, cooperation, and tolerance.
• To learn to express themselves through art and play materials.

Programs run from September 10, 2007 through May 18, 2008 (34 Weeks)

Two-Day Programs (2 Classes)

Multi-Age Class
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:30am - 11:00am

Three-Day Programs (2 Classes)

1. Young Fives (Recommended for a child who has turned 4 by March of the current year)
   Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30am - 11:15am
2. Four Year Old class:
   Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30am - 11:00am
   

Tuition is based on the number of classes provided, divided into nine equal payments. Tuition payments are due on the first of each month. For current fees and more complete information please call the Preschool Office at (734)475-7338.

A non-refundable application fee is required at the time of application submission.

Field trips, story tellers, chapel chats, and special visitors are all important parts of our program. Holidays and special days are also observed and celebrated.

Lambs of Our Savior welcomes students of any race, color, and national and ethnic origin. All who enroll are treated to the same rights, privileges, programs, and activities that the preschool offers and makes available.

All children must reach the age of 3 or 4 (respectively, according to the class applied for) by December 1st of that year with the exception of Young Fives class (see above).

ALL children must be toilet trained.

Our preschool is well equipped with an extra large indoor educational space with all up-to-date furnishings and teaching tools.

We also have a wonderful outdoor playground which has been designed and built with C.P.S.C. federal guidelines.All of this is to ensure a positive growth experience in a safe environment.
